The Process

If you are unfamiliar with flowers and plants, our experienced staff can help you find the perfect match for your occasion. If you prefer to meet with one of our designers, they are available for consultations by appointment only. If you have any questions, feel free to email us as well.
Once Orders Are Placed
Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangements ordered. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to availability and or quality of flowers received from various parts of the world. Additionally, if the elements are beyond our control and do not allow certain flowers to maintain their freshness and luster we reserve the right to make substitutions. In this event, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained and flowers used will be solely left to the discretion of our designers.
Extended Services
We are a full-service florist which also offers home, office and holiday decorating, plant maintenance, wedding and event design, custom artificial creations and an amazing staff that goes above and beyond to insure our clients are happy!
Floral Delivery
We offer same day delivery service to Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, Kingsburg, and Fowler. A local delivery fee based on the delivery address will be added to each order, for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary. Orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. to assure same-day delivery but will not apply during holidays. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day.
Specific Times
We do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests and you can request a time frame and give special instructions when completing your order however we feel it is never a good idea to promise a specific delivery time especially during holidays. Upon delivery of orders if they are declined no refund will be issued.
If No One is Home
In case the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions when placing your order. While we do our best to reach you, in case we miss you we may leave the order in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Replacements/Refund Policy
If there is ever a question as to the quality of the product, we will gladly replace the arrangement for you, in select cases. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery accompanied by photos of the arrangement. No replacements or refunds will be made after this period nor will replacements or refunds be made based on improper care on the part of the recipient.
